PERFECT FIT

Let our expert team make any necessary adjustments to create the perfect fit or modify your original vintage or contemporary gown. Modifications include added or removing sleeves, changing neckline, lowering back or creating back details, adding embellishing. All alterations are sewn in house using the same methods and finishing as the original garment.

Depending on the required work 2-4 fittings are required. Please allow 2-3 months for fittings with your final fit booked one month prior to your wedding.

Every gown and fit is different so it is difficult for us to give accurate alteration quotes without seeing the gown. Please contact us to book an initial fit consultation and received your quote. Silver Moon offers competitive pricing and offers all brides that book with us a 10% off discount on all accessories.

Owner and Designer, liz Meyer has been styling, tailoring & designing for the past 18 years for theater, fashion, brides to be and rock n rolls elite including Ricky Martin, Aerosmith and currently working with Sir Paul McCartney. After designing her own wedding gown in 2009 liz felt a strong passion and connection with bridal. And fell in love with making every girls vision come to life

What better time in your life to explore the art of custom dress making. We aim to make the process a fun and creative unforgettable experience. If thinking about a custom gown we require an initial design consultation where you have the opportunity to bring any inspirational photos in and have a creative session with liz.

A series of fittings, initial muslin fit, followed by 3 fitting including a final fit one month out from your big day. Please allow a minimum of 6 months.

Custom design service pricing: Above the knee starting 1800/ Full length gowns starting 3000 prices vary depending on design, fabric and finishing.
