Silver Moon wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. In case you are not, we will gladly accept returns and exchanges on many new items excluding shoes. See shoe exchange policy below.
NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES WILL BE ACCEPTED FOR ITEMS MARKED FINAL SALE, SPECIAL ORDER, ONE OF A KIND and VINTAGE. SHOES ARE EXCHANGE ONLY. We will gladly accept EXCHANGES on shoes for another size or style. Any exchanges must be returned within (21) days from delivery date for store credit only. Shoes must be in their original condition with the protective film on the soles-please note that once this is removed shoes are non-exchangeable. PLEASE MAIL RETURNS TO SILVER MOON: 1721 W.
