Return Policy

Silver Moon wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. In case you are not, we will gladly accept returns and exchanges on many new items. All vintage items are NON-REFUNDABLE FINAL SALE.

  • Merchandise must be returned within (14) days of delivery
  • Merchandise must not be worn, washed, or altered, and must be free of stains
  • Merchandise must have all tags attached and be in its original packaging (Accessories not returned in original condition may be refused)
  • Most returns process within (1) week of receipt of items 
  • Shipping charges apply and are non-refundable

NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES WILL BE ACCEPTED FOR ITEMS MARKED FINAL SALE, SPECIAL ORDER, ONE OF A KIND and VINTAGE.
